Golf Club Castelconturbia

The original 9 hole ‘Couturbier Golf Course', was built in 1898 on his estate by count Gaspar Voli who developed his passion for golf in Scotland. After a very changeable history, it was reopened in 1984 under todays’ name Golf Club Castelconturbia and has quickly become one of the most renowned clubs in Italy.

By offering three 9 hole courses designed by the famous Robert Trent Jones Sr. and including the restored historical 9 hole course, Castelconturbia is famous for its diversified challenges. The courses extend over one million square meters of lavish greens, gentle slopes, secular trees, streams and lakes that blend in harmoniously with the surrounding Piedmontese countryside.

The Golf Club Castelconturbia has often been voted to be the number one amongst Italian golf courses and has hosted two Italian Open championships. Member golfers and visitors enjoy spectacular views of the massif of the Mount Rosa while playing or enjoying refreshments from the porches of the clubhouse from where the 9th holes can also be overlooked. The clubs estates also include a guest house and other recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym and tennis courts.
