In search of Mystery Testers all over Europe
You have a passion for quality in golf? Become an IGR Mystery Tester now!
The WLG Mystery Test is carried out by amateurs and professionals from handicap 0 - 25 four times per year per club. The assessment is based on a golfer’s experience during a 'green fee’ visit, focusing on the venue’s ability to create a quality customer experience through the facilities and services offered.
To cover all countries where WLG member clubs are situated, WLG and research partner IGR are searching for additional Mystery Testers all across Europe. The tester analyses all areas from the design and quality of the golf course and practice facilities, to golf-relevant services and the food & beverage experience. If in-depth evaluations are desired, the assessment may encompass the whole ‘journey‘ starting with a first call or contact and resulting in a stay-over of several days or even a half years membership.
In order to realistically differentiate between good and bad service of a club, the tester must have experienced various levels of customer service from playing at an array of golf clubs over the years. A passion for the golf sport, reliability and a good eye for details are just as important as the ability to communicate quality feedback and personal observations based on staff, facilities and ambience. Once you have been admissioned to become a tester, you will, of course, receive a manual with detailed guidelines to help you fulfill your assignments.
